Where careers compound
Arrowroot was founded by advisors who walked away from the wirehouse model. If you measure your work by the impact it has on those you serve, if you see the big picture, if you want to push new boundaries of financial guidance, there is room for you here.

Why work at Arrowroot
We've built a platform for financial and wealth management designed around how we believe advice should work. Fit matters more than the resume, and these traits show up in everyone who does well here.

A fiduciary mindset. The standard is non-negotiable. People who thrive at Arrowroot hold themselves to it because they believe in it, not because a rulebook requires it.

Service before self. The work centers on what the client needs. People who do well here read situations carefully, listen more than they speak, and stay patient through complexity.

An owner's instinct. Whether you sit at a desk or run a practice, you treat the outcome as yours. That shows up in follow-through, attention to detail, and how you handle the small things no one assigned to you.

Long-view judgment. Markets move fast. Good advice rarely does. We look for people who can hold the line on what matters when the noise gets loud.

Care for the craft. Advice is built one detail at a time. People who do well here treat that detail work as the job, not as the prep for the job.
Opportunities for experienced advisors
Advisors come to Arrowroot when they want to grow their practice on their own terms. The platform exists to support the work: tax in-house, planning specialists, investment management, and a footprint across six offices. The decisions about how you serve your clients stay with you.
There are no house products. The clients you take on, the way you serve them, and the pace you set are yours to decide. What we ask in return is fiduciary commitment, a high standard for client service, and the patience to build something durable.
If that sounds like the practice you want to run, get in touch.

Launch your career with an internship

Arrowroot runs two internship tracks: paid and for college credit. Interns work alongside advisors on research, planning support, client preparation, and the operational work that keeps a practice running. The strongest ones sit in on client meetings and leave with a working understanding of what financial advice looks like in practice.
If you are studying finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and want to see the work up close, we want to hear from you.
