As Managing Director of the Gig Harbor office, Crystal McMahon helps successful individuals, families, and business owners protect and grow their wealth and minimize taxes, while overseeing a team of professionals who support clients.
After more than two decades in business — including owning and operating small businesses and holding senior roles in sales management and commercial real estate — Crystal became a Financial Planner working alongside a senior advisor, then ran her own solo planning and advisory practice before joining Arrowroot Family Office. Committed to continual learning, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Economics and Accounting in 2012, became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2021, and in 2022 became an Enrolled Agent, Admitted to Practice Before the IRS, allowing her to assist clients with complex tax and estate planning.
Outside of work, Crystal loves getting outdoors with her family to hike, snowshoe, bike, and kayak around the Puget Sound. With a longtime heart for service, she has volunteered on the boards of nonprofits that support wildlife and marine life, fight cancer, and provide healthcare for low-income people.
