David Khoury serves as Managing Director at Arrowroot Business Advisors, where he leads the firm’s corporate advisory and outsourced CFO services for privately held businesses. He works directly with founders, owners and management teams on budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow and liquidity management, and strategic decision support. His practice includes transaction support, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
David brings nearly two decades of corporate finance, investment, and advisory experience across the United States and Europe. His experience includes roles at Lehman Brothers, Nomura International, as well as in private equity in London at Ekistics Capital Advisors. Before joining Arrowroot, he spent seven years at Los Angeles-based Iyuno Media Group as Head of Corporate Finance and VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he was brought in by Shamrock Capital to help transform the finance function and support M&A and post-merger integrations.
David is a CFA charterholder. He holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s in Management and Finance as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of St Andrews.
